Introduction

Greetings, friends! My name is Brandon, and I have just recently made some incredible lifestyle changes. For many years I was overweight, depressed, insecure and unhappy. I had a negative, closed minded attitude towards life, and as a result, I missed out on many new opportunities. I decided that I was tired of letting life pass me by, yet I remained stagnant in my unproductive ways. I began studying wellness, and I soon started making minor adjustments to my lifestyle. I started eating healthier and exercising more. Shortly after, I noticed great success in my weight loss journey. However, diet and exercise are only a couple of ingredients in the recipe for a happy lifestyle. I found that traveling, good food with positive people, meditation practices, hobbies, etc. have all played a major role in my life transformation. So, why am I writing to you all? Well, my goal is to share my wellness journey and new adventures that I encounter along the way. I hope that I can spread some positive vibes and introduce others to new adventures.
